Workflow Overview:
Water Intake: Seawater is drawn from the ocean.
Pre-treatment: Seawater passes sequentially through a multi-media filter and a precision filter to yield clean, pre-treated water.
Pressurization: A high-pressure pump pressurizes the pre-treated seawater to the required operating pressure.
Desalination: The high-pressure seawater enters the reverse osmosis membrane assembly; water molecules permeate the membrane to become fresh water, while the majority of salts are rejected and discharged as concentrated brine.
Post-treatment and Storage: The produced fresh water is stored in a purified water tank.
