Introduction: Workflow

Water intake: Take water from the sea.
Pre treatment: The seawater is sequentially filtered through a multi-media filter → a precision filter to obtain clean pre treated seawater.
Pressurization: The pre treated seawater is pressurized to the required working pressure by a high-pressure pump.
Desalination: High pressure seawater enters the reverse osmosis membrane group, and water molecules pass through the membrane to become fresh water. Most of the salt is intercepted to form concentrated saltwater and discharged.
Post processing and storage: The produced fresh water is stored in a purified water tank.
Automatic control: Throughout the process, the control system monitors parameters such as pressure, flow rate, and water quality, and automatically performs operations such as flushing and shutdown.
