Standard Process Flow:
Raw Water Tank → Raw Water Pump → Quartz Sand Filter → Activated Carbon Filter → (Scale Inhibitor Dosing) → Precision Filter → High-Pressure Pump → Reverse Osmosis Unit → Ultraviolet Sterilizer → Pure Water Tank → Point of Use

 

System Core Features:

Layered Protection: Quartz sand → activated carbon → scale inhibitor → precision filtration, layer by layer, provides the optimal operating environment for the RO membrane, greatly extending its lifespan.

Dual Sterilization: The RO membrane removes the vast majority of bacteria and viruses, and the final UV filter provides final "checks," ensuring complete microbial safety, especially suitable for applications with strict requirements on total bacterial count.

Automated Operation: Pretreatment can be fully automatically backwashed, and the RO unit is programmable for automatic operation, flushing, and protection, greatly reducing manual labor intensity.

Economical and Efficient: Reasonable pretreatment reduces the frequency of RO membrane cleaning and replacement costs; the application of scale inhibitors improves system recovery rate and saves water resources.

Effluent water quality: The conductivity of the produced water is usually stable at <20 μS/cm (depending on the conductivity of the raw water), meeting the requirements of most industrial production and cleaning water.
