Automatic barrel filling line
The 3~5-gallon drinking water filling line includes QGF-100, QGF-240, QGF-300, QGF-450, QGF-600, QGF-900, QGF-1200, QGF-1500, QGF-2000. It integrates the wash bucket, filling and cap into one unit. To achieve the purpose of washing and disinfection, the rinsing part is rinsed with multiple liquid high pressure. The capping machine can be automatically sealed. The production line is equipped with an online sterilization device for bottle caps to ensure that the caps are sterile. The production line can automatically remove covers, rinse, sterilize, fill, cover, count, and product discharge. It has complete functions, modern design, and high degree of automation. It is a new type of automatic barrel water production line integrating machinery, electrical and pneumatic technologies.
